Carolina Alzate
How can brands discover their human dimension? Carolina Alzate is a Colombian designer specialized in business strategy. She has co-founded three companies: imasD (branding & packaging), OpenLAB (strategic innovation) and Communal (open-mindedness).
In this episode I had the opportunity to learn how it accompanies the innovation processes to get the ideas to their execution. I could also understand how she changed her view on packaging design and what the five emotions that brands can touch are for her.
In her role as OpenLAB’s creative director, Carolina seeks to inspire companies and their leaders to positively transform with open thinking, fresh and tangible ideas.
He believes in creativity as a transformative tool for life and business. Carolina is passionate about dancing, writing and talking to expand mindsets. Her work has been awarded four Pentawards. Carolina won the Woman to Watch Award and is a member of the Pentawards’ international jury.
